|Don't miss out on the fun of MTB this year! If you want to get started with some easy rides and some tips to get you going, this 3rd in a series of 3 Sunday morning rides is for you! (If you missed the first two, please contact the co-ordinator just to make sure that you will be Ok on the ride.) We will ride around Nose Hill Park trails, progressing to more difficult trails as people are ready. You must have a well-functioning
mountain bike; no hybrids or
cross bikes. Riders must be reasonably fit since there will be some hill climbing.
