Itinerary:
This is the 5th season for this very popular trip. We will stay in roofed accommodation at hostels or hotels. This is an intermediate/advanced ride as there are some hilly areas and the distance to be covered is 40 to 80 kilometers per day. For more details on the trip go to Sandra's website

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Follow the #1 highway west through Vancouver. When you reach the Pacific Ocean, you have arrived in Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal.

Notes:
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EVCC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EVCC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you or your guest(s) cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.

Member Cost:$926.00/Person
Cost Includes:Exact price is yet to be determined but is estimated at between $850.00 and $1000 as I am in the process of confirming the itinerary, reservations and details of the trip. Cost will include: - 9 nights hostel/hotel accommodation - SAG vehicle with designated driver - pre-trip social for questions - ferry passes for you and your bike throughout the trip - your own DVD of digital pictures from the trip - 1 wine and cheese party - 4 continental breakfasts - 1 bagged lunch - 1 dinner - Detailed itinerary & maps - All the fun you can handle

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please read the following Cancellation Policy carefully!
*Note: I understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the things we want to do, however coordinating a multi-day event requires that I have firm numbers for reservations and budgeting.  Hence the cancellation policy is thus: 30 days prior to tour departure – Full refund 15 days prior to tour departure – 50% refund. This is due to fixed costs that have already been incurred on your behalf. Less than 15 days, no refunds. Note: if a paying replacement is found to take your seat, then you will receive a full refund. In the event that the tour must be altered or rerouted there will not be any refunds however the coordinator and club will work towards finding another date, route or recovering some or all of the fixed costs for participants. In the unlikely event that the tour is entirely cancelled, your money will be fully refunded. If you book an airline flight before or after the trip, you should purchase cancellation insurance in the event the trip is cancelled as the club is not responsible for refunding the cost of airline flights that are not included in the trip fee. Upon request, a full refund may be granted by either the trip coordinator or the executive based on compassionate or medical grounds.
