Elbow Valley Cycle Club - Payment Info
Membership is not effective until payment (and a signed waiver/application form) is received by the EVCC.
Some events also require prepayment. Your reservation for these events is not complete until you have paid
both the membership fee and the event fee prior to the registration cut-off date. Check the event details
to find out if payment is required to reserve your spot. Payment information is included at the bottom of
every event page under "Cost & Payment." See below for details on our available payment options.
You MUST sign up for an event prior to paying in order to guarantee your spot!
Cheque - Make cheques out to Elbow Valley Cycle Club.
- For multi-day trips (except the Golden Triangle), payment is usually handed or mailed to the event
coordinator and must be received no later than NOON on the event's registration cut-off date.

- Payment for membership fees and the Golden Triangle can be mailed to the EVCC at:
