      <title>Stretching &amp; Roller Class, Int, TaraMckay (Monday, May 11, 2026)</title>

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Meeting place/parking:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Flanders Park in Altadore&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vimy Way SW, parking is available on the street beside the park.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Come join a Stretching &amp;amp; Foam Roller Class in Flanders Park.&amp;nbsp; This class focuses on releasing tight muscles and facia. With cycling and other activities it is important to release tension and muscles to avoid injury.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please bring the following items:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;1. A yoga mat as we will be on grass and a towel will not be firm enough to stay in place.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. A foam roller, full length, 3 feet long.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Stretch cord with handles and/or a flat stretch band, these should be 4 to 6 feet long.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. Running shoes and a water bottle.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Do not sign up if you have an injury, shoulder, back or abdominal tenderness, as we will be in the "plank" position often.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tara is a certified fitness trainer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Remember to bring a "Big Smile"&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Let's hope for blue skies as this event is weather dependent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
