It's time to add a few hills to the flat rides. Starting at Shouldice Athletic Park it's an easy 10 K east to the zoo. Then we go north along Nose Creek path to about 41st Ave. We ride through the Cemetery, Confederation Park, by John Laurie, the University and end up back at the starting point. 2 heart rate elevating hills but we'll stop at the top and wait for everyone to catch their breath. This is an early season ride, so check your e- mail prior to leaving for the event. If the weather is bad, the ride may be cancelled last minute.
