Loop: DeWinton, Okotoks, Aldersyde, north to Dunbow Road, DeWinton. Good roads with little traffic.

The ride will have a sweep. No one will be left behind.

Route: Head NW, cross railroad, W on 250 Ave
S on 32 St
SE on SR 549
Enter Okotoks, pack lunch at Lions Sheep River Park
E on Woodhaven Dr for a short distance
Follow Upper Levels pathway through Okotoks (see map below)
E on Cimarron Dr
S on 32 St
E on Hwy 7
E on Hwy 547
At 128 St stop for fruit and look at the mountain scene
N on 128 St
N on SR 552, cross Highwood River
N on 96 St
W on Dunbow Road - 242 Ave, cross Hwy 2
At T intersection S on 16 St
Finish at De Winton. Refreshments at store

Road bike in good condition. Spare tube/patch kit/pump/cartridges/tools. Solid and liquid fuel.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Hwy 2A south. Turn right (west) to DeWinton on Dunbow Rd/Township Rd 220. Left (south) on 16 St/Macleod Tr W. Pass small general store. Road becomes gravel. Turn left into community hall.

- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.
