|Start from WestSide Kings Church east off 69th St S.W.
just north of Glenmore Trail at 10:00A.M.
Use Lower Springbank Rd. out to Springbank Road across 22
to Jumping Pound Road and out to the Plant.
Return via 252 pass the Springbank Airport thru the
escarpment and back on Lower Springbank.
Note there is a rough section of 5km on the approach to
Jumping Pound Road.

|Event Directions:||north on 69 th Street from Glenmore trail west approximately
one block. Turn right and travel one block to entrance. ONLY
PARK AT DESIGNATED BIKE AREA.
