|This is a training ride for those who want to get faster.
After the warm up, once we are on the straight stretch of 262,
we will incorporate high intensity interval training (fast sprints).
How long? 1min or so, as long you can hold your high intensity
spin then recover.
How long to rest between the intervals? About 1-2 min,
depending upon you, enough so you can hold a fast speed for
the next interval. Longer recovery is needed as the intervals
How many repeats? At least 6-10 times. If you can maintain
intensity after #6 then go for more.
We will regroup at the intersection with 1A to decide if there is
enough time and energy left to ride the Cochrane hill.
Meet at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm sharp departure.
