The route goes through or along Shouldice, Bowness, Bowness Park, Tuscany, Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak, Citadel, Simons Valley, Kincora, Hidden Valley, Beddington Heights, 14 Street pathway, John Laurie pathway, Brentwood and University Heights.

The ride will have regrouping at intervals, corner guiding if necessary, and a sweep.

Lunch at one of the eateries in the Beacon Hill shopping center. Bring your own lunch if you wish. Coffee at Angel's upon finish.
