From Springbank Community High School, cycle West on Springbank Road, across HWY 22 on hard packed gravel road for a few kms to Jumping Pound Road (paved), then to the Jumping Pound Gas Plant.

Jumping Pound Road has a few big hills but the whole route has very little traffic!

There will be no sweeping but we will regroup a couple of times on the way out to Jumping Pound. Everyone is expected to regroup and wait for all riders to catch up.

Lunch or snacks at 722 World Bier Haus (corner of 85th Street SW and Old Banff Coach Road) after the ride.

- Road bike, well maintained
- Helmet
- Spare tube and tools
- Water and snacks
- Proper clothing for weather

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Springbank School is on the corner of Springbank Road and RR 33. Meet in the West corner of the parking lot.

- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.
