This is an intermediate/advanced ride with at least 640 meters of climbing. Riders should be able to maintain at least 21-22 km/h .

There will be NO sweep, but we will regroup at important intersections.

All riders must be self-sufficient, In other words, they must be able to perform basic bike repair (ie. fix a flat tire ) . They should also attempt to have some knowledge of the route/area, in case they get separated from the group . Some maps will be provided or you can print one from the link below the active map.
Start from WestSide Kings Church east off 69th St S.W. just north of Glenmore Trail at 10:00 A.M. Lunch and snacks at the Gentry Espresso Bar in Cochrane.

- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.
