Starting at Heritage shopping plaza we will cross Hwy 2 and continue west on 242 ave w,turn right on 16 str w then left on hwy 552.turn rt on 274 av w and rt on 64 str w all the way to 210 av w.Left turn to 210 is right on top of the hill and sneaks up on you plus watch for cars as you turn.then lt. on 96 str thru 4 way stop past red deer meat plant to left on 242 av w. Go One mile and rt on 80 str w,lt on 274 av w,cross why 552 to 116 str E through Dewinton to 242 av w across hwy 2 and we are back. Looks like a lot of turns,but its scenic and short,so nobody should get too tired of it.There are few hill,but these are quite short so we can handle it. Lunch at Stockmans restaurant after the ride. If the Stockmans isn't open,lets go to Windsor rose pub 151 Walden gate SE.Take Macleod trail north to 194 Ave SE go right and right into the shopping mall.

Event Directions:Dunbow Road is just north of the junction of McLeod Trail and Deerfoot Trail.

- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.
