|Here's a great opportunity to give back, have fun and help construct the new Kestrel Trail at WBC. We will meet in the West Bragg parking lot and ride up Bragging Rights and Merlin to reach the turn off to the new trail. GBCTA will provide a crew leader, instructions and tools. You must bring work boots (hiking boots), work gloves, sunscreen, water, hat and your lunch and snacks. When you sign up here, you must also go to this link http://bttr.im/rj8i6
to sign up as a volunteer for GBCTA or else they will not let you participate. Through this link, you will also be able to sign up for the event called Elbow Valley Cycle Club Kestrel trail. Contact the coordinator with any questions or issues. |

|Event Directions:||Go to Bragg Creek,turn right before stop sign,cross the bridge
and at 3 way stop turn left and stay on all the way to the parking
lot. Meet at the trail centre building at the far end.|
- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.|
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.
