We will cycle the Pacific Coast Cycle Route from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Based on 60 km/day we will bike for 15 days, plus 5 days R&R, plus travel time to and from San Francisco.

We will typically overnight at State Park Campgrounds - there are many en route.

Options to return to SF include 1 way car rental, Amtrak, Fly.

NOTE: RWGPS still shows huge hill detour at Km 375 around section which has actually recently re-opened.

This is a very scenic and popular bike route, which has recently reopened after flood damage. Extended sections follow Hwy 1 The Cabrillo Hwy, parts of which have no shoulder.
- Most club rides include city streets, secondary roads and or major highways. The club encourages members to follow the rules of the road at all times while participating in EVCC events.
- Riders must be aware that cycling, while enjoyable and great exercise, carries some risks including injury and death. Riders must be alert for hazardous conditions/situations throughout the course of a ride. If at any time a rider thinks a ride is unsafe, or feels unsafe, the rider should quit the ride.

*Note: The coordinator reserves the right to cancel this event if the minimum number of attendees do not sign up by the registration deadline.
