How can I cancel my event
registration
On
the EVCC calendar select the event for which you have registered.
Select the “Already
Registered” Link
You can now cancel your
registration!
- I sometimes cannot see the other
riders registered for an event. Why is this?
There
are a couple of reasons why you may not see the names of other riders for an
event. First of all when the Ride Coordinator posts the event they can decide
whether or not to show the names of other registrants. If they choose to permit
other riders to see registrants they should also choose to show these names
only to other club members.
Secondly each club member
who registers can choose to not show their names to other registrants. This is
a very common practice to preserve the individual privacy. If you are a coordinator, you can always see everyone on your ride.
- How can I get assistance regarding the
website?
There
are several ways to get assistance. The
most direct method to reach out for assistance is to contact the club at connect@elbowvalleycc.org
Throughout 2019 club
volunteers will receive training on the website. If you know one of these
volunteers you could ask for their assistance. More information in this regard
will be available as 2019 progresses.
- How can I edit my profile?
After
logging into the EVCC site, select your name which is visible in the top right
corner of the web-page. You will connect to your profile. Select the EDIT button
and make changes.
- How can I change my password?
After
logging into the EVCC site, select the change password link which is visible in
the top right corner of the web-page. You can then change your password.- Do I need to Logout when I leave the
site?
It
is a best practice to Log out when you leave the EVCC site. If you forget, no
problem you will be logged out by the program.
- How can I access and receive my EVCC
Membership Card?
After
logging into the EVCC site, select your name which is visible in the top right
corner of the web-page. You will connect to your profile. Your membership card
will be visible and can be downloaded to your smartphone or printed as a PDF.
