An 11 day loop tour starting and ending in Sidney BC.
Route highlights include:
- Recreational trails, rail trestles
- San Juan Islands (3 days),
- Skagit Valley tulip festival
- salmon BBQ
- 6 ferry connections
- Baggage shuttle
- Double occupancy hotels (with single option)
To accommodate the sometimes hilly geography and many view points, side attractions (art galleries, cafe's, beaches, etc.) and early season fitness levels, the suggested daily itineraries involve moderate distances of 40-70 km/day.
The registration fee is a deposit. The price for this tour will be an additional $950 (total $1250 including deposit) and is for a room shared with one other participant. If you would prefer your own room for an additional fee, a payment link for this option will be sent via email once you register.
Have your bike transported back and forth from Calgary to Sidney if you are flying. Bike shuttle available for up to 10 registrants (additional $200 fee for this service). The balance payment can be via mailed cheque or email money transfer.
All participants must have their own out of country medical insurance and, of course, a valid passport as most of this tour takes place in the U.S..
Payment of $300 deposit is via credit card (Visa or MC) using the club's online payment system.
A pre-trip meeting/pot-luck social will be held in late March.

Cancellation Policy
Once your deposit/payment has been received, a cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund, regardless of when you cancel up to 45 days from the tour departure.
Up to 45 days prior to tour departure: Full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. 44 - 30 days prior to tour departure: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days, no refund.
Note: If a paying replacement is found to take your place, then you will receive a full refund minus the $25 automatic cancellation fee. In the unlikely event that the tour is entirely cancelled, your payment will be fully refunded.
Costs such as air-line tickets, costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness and related costs incurred by a member but not included in the EVCC trip fee are not refundable by the EVCC. Members are advised to purchase their own travel cancellation insurance.
