Welcome to the 2019 Golden Triangle (GT)
This is the 36thannual running of this classic ride. It’s just over 100 km per day for the three days of May 24,25,26 and we hope you will join us.
Riding in Banff National Park is a privilege for anyone willing to take on the challenge and it's fun too! Socials each evening, soaking in the world-famous Radium Hot Springs and taking on the ten-mile hill with a climb up to the Continental Divide and then returning from British Columbia back into Alberta.
Our Club can be your Club. Join us for a nominal fee and sign up for the best deal on two wheels. For under a hundred dollars a day you get a fully supported ride, free camping, snacks, lunches, dinners and hot showers! Or upgrade and book into accommodation in Radium or Golden and we’ll deliver your luggage to your door.

What’s new for 2019?
How about registration pick-up in Calgary? That’s right, drop in and we’ll give you your ride number, your swag bag, luggage tags and meal vouchers. And then on Friday morning just arrive at the “gravel pit”, drop off your luggage and hit the road.
Avoid traffic congestion after you finish the ride. As we did last year, on the last day we will continue along #1 after Lake Louise to the turn-off to Castle Junction cutting off the heart-breaking hills of 1A and getting you back to your car and on you way much sooner.
Finishers Photos: Get a picture of you and your bike with a GT background to keep as a memoir of your accomplishment. And perhaps a massage at the end of a long day? (we’re working on it!)
New Hall in Radium: No more rain delays. The Village has built a new hall and we’ll be there to enjoy it.
Easier Accommodation Booking: by avoiding the long weekend we expect members wanting a roof for the night will find greater availability and savings over the two -night minimums that were becoming more common. There’s several hotels that are offering 10% discounts to cyclists this year!

Volunteers: the same happy, hard-working crew of volunteers that have helped us year after year. Some faces may change but the commitment to making the best ride ever remains.
