Road Ride Open Planning Meeting

Join us to fill up the club's calendar with new rides.

We are Road Conveners, the members of the club who assist with organizing and planning the ride program for the season. We meet regularly to schedule the road rides for the upcoming month.  This time we open our session to all because we need your help! If you are a road-ride coordinator or want to become one, or if you are not sure which rides to post, or when and where,  please join our planning meeting.  

Besides our verbal recommendations, we will have a few frequently used rides that are already in the draft form [i.e. pre-prepared and ready to be posted] that are available for you to choose from.  All you have to do then, is choose your date and be there to organize/lead the group.

Note this meeting will not be teaching you how to use the website to post the rides. For that purpose register for the "Ride Coordinator Website Training".

Only a few limited spots are available as we want to keep the planning session focused and manageable.
