TGIM Banff to Lake Lousie Return 114k Laurel and Chris

Banff to Lake Louise return with Laurel and Chris. 114k.  

Wheels on the road at 10:30 am.  About 25-30k average speed.  +928m.  The ride is appropriate for intermediate and advanced riders.  The group will regroup at Castle Mountain and at Lake Louise and Banff on return. However, there will be no sweep. Bring money or lunch for stop in Lake Louise.  Bring repair kit etc and weather appropriate gear. Two water bottles are recommended.  Wheels on the ground at 10:30.  Meet at the Fenlands recreation centre in Banff.  We may be back earlier than 3:30.  For those interested we can go out to a pub for a drink/meal afterward.
