Hi All GT'ers,
I am sure that you are all aware of the Coronavirus which has escalated over the past few weeks.
We are concerned about the potential implications for the Golden Triangle this year but are not cancelling the ride at the present time. We plan to monitor the situation until the end of this month and then make a decision on April 1st as to our plan going forward and will inform you at that time. If EVCC has to cancel the event, then you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee.

Welcome to the 2020 Golden Triangle (GT)

This is the 37thannual running of this classic ride. It’s just over 100 km per day for the three days of May 22, 23 and 24 and we hope you will join us.
Riding in Banff National Park is a privilege for anyone willing to take on the challenge and it's fun too! Socials each evening, soaking in the world-famous Radium Hot Springs and taking on the ten-mile hill with a climb up to the Continental Divide and then returning from British Columbia back into Alberta.
You get a fully supported ride, free camping, snacks, lunches, dinners and hot showers! Or book into selected accommodation in Radium or Golden and we’ll deliver your luggage to your door.
Please note: You will need to be an active member of the Club to ride the GT. Renewals or new memberships purchased now will automatically be applied for the complete 2020 membership year. To renew or apply for membership click here
Accommodations:
1. Camping is free and your luggage will be delivered to the campsite in Radium and Golden. If camping in both Radium and Golden, please select camping for both locations. Camping in Radium is in the old ball diamond beside the community hall (washrooms but no showers) and camping in Golden is at the Golden Community Campground (washrooms and showers) only a few hundred meters from the RecPlex where dinner and breakfast are served.
2. Motel/Hotel: Several places are offering discounts for Elbow Valley Cycle Club members. When booking please identify yourself as being with the club or the Golden Triangle. To see a list of Motels to which we deliver luggage in Radium and Golden click here. It is prudent to book your accommodation prior to completing your registration. If you may wish to change your accommodation at a later date, please bookmark the page below.
