Distance: 50 km (40km if you do not ride the Cochrane hill)

Elevation: +388m

Pace: 24-28 km/hr

In honour of June 3rd World Bike Day, in case have not done any cycling yet today, here is your chance! The usual ride evening ride but this time on Wednesday, to Cochrane and back. The hill is optional.
