Cochrane Communities 37

This ride has great views of the city and the Bow River valley. It has three hills.

Starting from the Cochrane Alliance Church, the route goes along Glenbow Drive and First Street, follows the main pathway bordering the river, crosses over to Riviera, The Willow, and Fireside, follows a connecting country road, and wanders through the four communities of Jumping Pound Ridge, Bow Ridge, Crawford Ranch and Bow Meadows. Next, the route crosses the river again and loops around West Pointe Estates, West Terrace and West Valley before returning to the start.

Location: Cochrane Alliance Church, 902 Glenbow Drive. Free parking. Directions: Head east on Glenbow Drive for two blocks starting from Highway 22, cross a creek, church is on the left side. You can approach Highway 22 along Highway 1A. Glenbow Drive is at the first intersection along Highway 22 driving south from Highway 1A.

• The system will notify the event and open it for registration two weeks beforehand.
• The ride will have a sweep, and regrouping as necessary. 
• Bring lunch, snacks, and water. 
• Bring a mask, gloves, and sanitizer in case of a flat, accident, or use of a washroom. 
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
