Intermediate Road Ride , 300m of elevation

Pace: 23+ kms/hour

We will ride about 50+ kms starting at the Westside King's Church. We'll head out Lower Springbank Road do a few cul de sac a few squares out to Springbank Arena do a few squares and return the same way. The pace will be between 20 to 25 kms/hour, and we will regroup at intersections.
