Edworthy to Cochrane Loop, 75k, laurel and chris

Hey all,  Intermediate to advanced ride. There may be headwind. We will stop for a mid-ride break/coffee at the Good Earth, Cochrane.  If weather turns iffy, check emails early on Saturday in case we cancel, although at this point it looks we won't have to.   Cool and windy is the forecast. Bring water, tire kits, and good jokes for the break.  We've planned 4 hour in all.  Meet on the North side (hospital side) of the river, near the restrooms and Angels cafe. There is parking.
