Intermediate and Advance Road Ride, elevation 600 meters

Pace: 23+ kms

We will ride starting at the Westside King's Church. We'll head out Lower Springbank Road do a few few squares out to Springbank Arena then returns on 33,32 and Emerald Bay with a stop at the Golf Course to refuel, returning back on 31 and Lower Springbank Will regroup at safe stopping points.
