Bowness Park/Heritage Park loop

URBAN RIDE: Heritage Park ‘big H’ lot as starting point.

Distance: 61.6 km intermediate

Pace: 20-22 km/hr moderate uptempo

Elevation Gain: 390 meters moderate

Riding surface: 60/40 street/pathway or bike lane

WC: Heritage Park, Shouldice Park, Bowness Park, Inglewood, Stanley Park

Snacks: Bowness Park and East Village for 20 minutes each. 

We have a reprieve from our early winter so here is an outing that will be both social and uptempo with mostly continuous pedalling and with regrouping as necessary. Jim Simms has volunteered his excellent sweep duties, and we all thank him. 
We need to follow CV-19 precautions and social distancing, please! 
As a group we will respect other path users, a continuation of EVCC practices that project the Club members as responsible cyclists.

The riding surfaces may have a bit of sand/pea gravel and leaves that may be slippery in shaded areas and our travelling speed will be adjusted for those conditions.
