Annual General Meeting via Zoom

Mark the date!  You are invited to the Elbow Valley Cycle Club Annual General Meeting on March 4, 2021 from 7-9 PM.   We will be reviewing the highlights of 2020 and confirming the election of the executive committee for the coming year.  Following the business portion, we will be showing some interesting cycling videos on unforgettable racing moments and the history of cycling.  Please sign up by the end of March 3rd so that we have time to send you a Zoom link.    

We will be posting the agenda, 2020 AGM minutes, and 2020 financials on our Governance page on the website by Feb. 25th.  You can click on Member Resources/Governance to view this information.
