Ride Across AB

IN ONE DAY!

John McWhae will be speaking about his plans which will include an overview of route, ride, training, sports nutrition and a good going over of Massimo, the bike he built (a study of aerodynamics and adaptive cycling).

He's also fundraising for 2 charities which he'll briefly explain: Two Wheel View and McCaig Institute for Bone and Joint Health.
