Level: intermediate to advanced (25-30kph on flats)

Distance: 40km

Elevation gain: 320 metres

Wheels on the ground at 1:00 pm, plaza at horse creek road and bow valley trail.

Please note this ride is about group riding and safety. Regrouping at major points. And, not to be mean, a few rules will be asked for: 

a) no paceline

b) no overlapping wheels

c) stay behind the leader in general (a hill climb would be the exception)

d) hold a straight line, no side by side riding

e) this is a steady ride all about good riding and fun, it's not a race. If you want to make your best time down horse creek this is not the ride for you.
