Bike Trail -Angel's Cafe to Griffith Woods-Urban Ride

Distance: 30 km Pace: 15-20 km/h

Elevation Gain: 331 metres

We will be regrouping periodically to enjoy the scenery.

When we enter Discovery Ridge, we will take the bike path on the right (west on the traffic circle) and have la snack at "the pond". I plan on returning via Griffith Woods Trail may be busy. Chance to socialize outside Angel's Cafe.
