Pace: 18-20 kph

Elevation Gain: 73 m

Take Deerfoot Hwy #2 south. Exit at Bow Bottom Trail. Continue south. It swings right into the Bow Valley Ranch parking lot.
We will ride the pathway east and north to Eau Claire.
Lunch there then return the same way. Mostly flat. One hill both ways.
