Allyson is a clinical biochemist and nutritionist working with an active clinic for over 27 years. Traditionally trained and educated in both western and eastern medicine. She currently is a noted expert in her Field of metabolic nutrition, energy, Adrenal stress and immunity.  And has a further background in female and adolescent nutrition. 

In addition, Allyson has completed 5 Ironmans, represented Canada in both triathlon & duathlon 4x, and amongst many cycling endeavours she cycled from Victoria BC to cape spear Nfld 7699km in 70 days.
