Level Ride: Intermediate

Distance: 40 km (contrary to the map it will not include the Cochrane hill)

Elevation: <388m

Pace: 22-25km/h (moderate, steady pace with regrouping at the corners)

Bonus Thursday evening ride to the edge of Cochrane and back.

E-bikes are welcome.
