Distance - pace: 40 kms - 15 - 20 km/hr

Rating: Intermediate plus - climbing

Elevation - 440 m

Route - Varsity - N through Edgemont - Panarama Hills - E to Nose Ck - S & then W through Confederation Park path back to start. Will ride as a group with a sweep.

Will travel on city streets, bike lanes & pathways. Bring lunch or snack as we will stop somewhere for a break.

E - bikes wlcome.
