Distance:  45 km

Rating:  Easy to intermediate , mostly flat with a couple of hills.

Directions : Highway 2 north to exit 368 into Innisfail, continue thru Innisfail to stop sign, turn right onto Highway 54, continue until big green sign that says Sylvan lake, turn right onto highway 781, continue to stop sign, turn left onto highway 11, take first turn to the right, go past memorial trail, take second turn to the right into Sylvan lake dog park, there is a sign there.

The driving time is about 10 minutes more than going to Red Deer.
