ROAD RIDE - LEVEL : Intermediate

Coordinator: Colleen Gagnon

Distance: 74 km

Pace: 18-20 km/hr - Relaxed touring pace.  No one left behind.    I'm estimating 6 hours in total for this ride.  Faster riders are welcome to follow the route at their own pace.  

Elevation Gain: 600m

Start time:  Wheels rolling at 8:30 a.m.

Symons Valley Road gets you to Madden from the south. 

Madden: We start and finish at the parking lot of the Madden Community Centre immediately south of the Beaver Dam Golf Course.    There are bathroom facilities at the golf course - let's plan to have a drink on the patio afterwards to settle the dust!    

We'll head west to Water Valley where we'll stop for a lunch break at the ball diamonds.  There are outhouses there.  The hardware store has some drinks and snacks.  

We'll continue north then east to Cremona with another snack stop at the gazebo on their Nature Trail.  Then we'll  head back to Madden
