ROAD RIDE: Advanced distance, hills and pace

Distance: 111 Km

Pace: 25-28 kph

Elevation Gain: 1,000+ m

Description:

Avoiding Hwy 22X, this fondo tours scenic rolling roads connecting Bragg Creek, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Millarville, and Brown Lowery Provincial Park. Uses many backroads to minimize highway travel. Start/finish in Bragg Creek.

No sweep, limited stops for regrouping.
Parking and meeting spot: Bragg Creek Community Centre

Wheels rolling @ 9:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we start on time.

Social scene:

Lunch stop in the Turner Valley park gazebo -- the Esso across the street has some snacks for sale

Apres-ride social at the Heart Cafe in Bragg Creek
