From the Spruce Cliff Community parking lot off Spruce Cliff Drive SW ride along bike routes through Wildwood and Rosscarrock to 45 St then south to 26 Ave. Ride west to Sarcee Trail and then north along the pathway to Bow Trail. Climb the hill on the south side all the way to 85th street then turn north to Wentworth Drive and head west to a picturesque treelined pathway. Once along Old Banff Coach head back east through Wentworth to Coachill Drive and across Old Banff down Broadcast hill across Sarcee at the lights and back along Spruce Drive to the start point. A piece of pie is the reward for  250 M of elevation and a 8.5% grade.
