I can't believe it's almost the end of September, and I'm starting to get that bittersweet "end of cycling season" feeling.

This ride's for anyone who would like to squeeze in one more evening ride in Bearspaw before it's all over -- at a more moderate pace than the Thursday evening unwind. 

Route variation (see map) tours some of my favourite roads in the area, including the Bearspaw golf course and Glendale road. We will skip the traditional Cochrane hill, but we definitely won't skip the traditional finish with the evening light glinting off the ponds on Meadow Drive. 

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. Ride will stick to the posted pace, and will regroup at intersections. 

Note, sunset is 7:15 p.m. We will aim to be back before sunset, however please bring good head and tail lights for safety.
