Pace:  18-22 kph The ride will have a sweep with regrouping as necessary. 

• Bring a mask, gloves, and sanitizer in case of a flat, accident, or use of a washroom. 
• Check your ride for worn tires and smooth gear shifting 
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
• We will have a "tailgate" distant social after the ride.
• There is a side loop just after we turn south near the start that adds 1.5 k to the route that we will add.
• We will have a pit stop at Brown Lowry.
• Bring lunch, snacks, and water. We will stop at Millarville Community Hall to recharge
