** CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN ** The Secret Hills of Cochrane -- chris and laurel

Intermediate to advanced, decent pace. 

There will be lots of climbing which bumps up the level toward advanced.   "The hills are alive," and your legs will be too. 

Wheels on the ground at 11:30 sharp. We will head out on time.  (We want to beat any sprinkles that  might come in around 4:00).

Meet in the parking area by Good Earth in Cochrane. 

Note: we will do the ride posted as a minimum. We may (will probably) also include Gleneagles up the path and road and down the road which will add about another 12 kilometers to our ride. 

Stop afterwards at Good Earth Coffee for those who like their rides with finish line called caffeine. 

We ride on roads and follow the rules of the road.
