Grupetto YYC Indoor Training (Wed am)

Cost: $25 (pay by e-transfer to clubgrupettoyyc@gmail.comat location). This is a discounted cost for EVCC members.

AHS Restriction Exemption Program is followed at the  facility.

Grupetto YYC would like to dedicate the rides to EVCC members.  If there is interest, we will run this as a regular class every Wednesday.

Grupetto YYC is a not-for-profit cycling club located at Canada Olympic Park.  It uses the Powerwatts training program that is designed to optimize cycling performance and improve technique through a structured training program.  The cycling software is adapted to each individual’s fitness level and provides an engaging impactful experience with the ability to track each person’s training history and performance.  

Cyclists do not need to bring their own bikes.  Grupetto YYC uses commercial grade, fully adjustable road bike frames (fits people 5’0" to 6’5” tall).
