Meet at Ribbon Creek   https://goo.gl/maps/3S8aqzj5mb3hiHcF7

Let’s meet at Ribbon Creek in Kananaskis Country at the furthest west parking lot at 11am, and ride the paved Bill Milne pathway for 11 km to where it ends at Wedge Pond, and then ride an additional 11 km on Hwy 40 to Fortress Gas Station, where we will turn around and retrace our route, for a total of about 44 km.  We will stop en-route for a snack-lunch break at the Opal Day Use area which is about 6km before you get to Fortress.

Bring lunch/snacks, water and bear spray, if you have it.  No sweep.  You should be able to fix your own bike.

We’ll have a Tailgate afterwards so bring a chair and your beverage of choice.

Note: a Kananaskis Conservation day pass or annual pass is required.  https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass.aspx
