Celebrate the 2022 cycling season in style, with our second annual Spring Fling! With COVID restrictions lifted, we are excited that this year's event includes both a ride and a social afterwards. 

For those who have barely been on their bike, let's start with a mellow, shorter ride along a relatively flat course.  We'll park at the Shouldice Athletic park, then ride east on the N side of the river.  Once it warms up, we'll return via the more shady S side, crossing back over via the Edworthy pedestrian bridge.  After we finish, we’ll drive to the Springbank Heritage Club Hall where there will be food, drink and a time to chat with other members. 

Apres-ride social: Join us after the ride for social and refreshments at the Springbank Heritage Club.

Guests:  Guests are allowed on this ride.  Members - you can add non-member as your guest at the same time you register yourself.  The guest must fill out the waiver found on our website under Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to guest@elbowvalleycc.org. Non-members:  If you are interested in joining this event as the coordinators guest, please fill out the waiver on our website under  Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to:  guest@elbowvalleycc.org.  The coordinator will then add you to the event.  

Note:  We will go ahead with the social event rain or shine.  If the weather is not suitable for riding, you will be notified the day before the event.
