Hill climbing makes you stronger! This route takes you up to the top and all the way down! Climbs include Springbank Road, Emerald Bay and Springbank Heights. At least we get to go *down* Old Banff Coach Road! 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).
