From the Confederation parking lot off 30th Avenue NW go up Northmount to the 14th St NW pathway. Descend Berkshire Blvd and plummet over the cliff. Continue downstream along Nose Creek to the Bow River. Coffee at Simmons. Climb to 8th Ave NE, Crescent Heights to 10th St NW, back to the start. 2 1/2 hours for 30 km.
