Start from Angel's cafe, cross the bridge and cycle up the hill towards Sarcee Trail. However, if you wish to avoid hill meet just south of Wood Cliff United Church.  Cycle along bike trails to top of Battalion Park-brief stop before continuing down towards Griffith Woods.  Cycle to start of Griffith Woods trail and cycle through and back same way.  Coffee stop at Angel's on way back.
