Distance: 50 km (40km if you do not ride the Cochrane hill)

Elevation: +388m

Pace: 25km/h

Let's start 15 minutes before the 6:00pm group, ride a bit slower, and finish at the same time. No sweep but will regrouping at major intersections. Cochrane hill is optional.

Bring your tail lights for added visibility.

This ride will be offered most Thursdays, weather permitting.
