Distance: 50 km (40km if you do not ride the Cochrane hill)

Elevation: +388m

Pace: 20km/h

E-Biked Allowed: Y

We will ride at a steady pace with no sweep but will regrouping at major intersections. Cochrane hill is optional. We will not go too fast. There are hills along the ride ---not too hard but can be challenging.
