Banff (Train Station) to Baker Creek, 90 km, intermediate/advanced, Sue G

Pace:  18-22 kph (on the flats with no wind)

Elevation Gain: 750m

TIME: Ride will get underway at 10:00 a.m. - please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can leave on time

Format: Ride at your own pace - we will regroup at key milestones.

Start/Finish:  We will start and finish at the Train Station parking lot in Banff.  This is an out-and-back route, with the turnaround point and lunch stop being the Baker Creek Chalets.  

Bring a lunch/snacks, a spare tube, pump, layers, etc.
